Bedroom, shower room, kitchen, and living space on the lower ground level of our home on a quiet road in Greystones/Banner Cross, with garden access and free on-street parking. Easy access to hospitals and university. Council tax and basic bills are included.

Although we technically share the house with you, we have a separate kitchen and living space upstairs, as well as bedrooms and our bathroom. Therefore, the vast majority of the time, you will be undisturbed on the lower level of the house.

That said, we are looking for a lodger who is quiet and respectful of our home. We live here with our child, and so it is very important to us to find someone who will be a good fit.

This space would suit someone who is a professional keen to have somewhere quiet to come home to, with easy access to Endcliffe and Bingham parks, walks along the Porter Valley, and the Peak District, as well as Sharrowvale Road, Eccleshall Road, and transport links into the hospital, university, and town.

We are open to short-term lodging arrangements, whether you're just passing through Sheffield, need a place between places, or want to try it out to be sure it suits you. Feel free to get in touch with any questions.

Although you don't have to see us much if you don't want to (!), we are a young (at heart, at least) professional couple, working at the hospital and university. We have lived in Sheffield for the past 14 years, having grown up in Manchester and the US.
