Tenancy takeover- LARGE en-suite room in a leafy neighbourhood.
A very large en-suite room is available for tenancy takeover on Sharrow View Road, really close to Ecclesall Road, London Road, and Abbeydale Road.
Location & Room:
Situated on Sharrow View Road, you are 10-15 mins away from multiple parks, Eccy Rd, London Rd, and Abbeydale Road. You can find numerous great restaurants, bars and supermarkets (Waitrose, Ozmens, Tesco Express) within this walking distance as well. This place is a leafy suburb and probably one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Sheffield. If you are a fan of the outdoors, it is 4 mins away from a bus stop that has busses going to the peak district. Given its location, having a car gives very quick access to the peaks as well. The flat is very quiet and really peaceful, with large windows and lots of light.
The room in itself is extremely spacious and hosts a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and has an en-suite shower room.
There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Bills/cost:
On average, I pay about £50-70 per month on electricity and water. This is subject to your own usage though! Council tax and broadband is included in the price.
The landlord, my situation & deposit:
The landlord is a very lovely lady who will resolve severe problems in the flat quickly. She is a very reasonable person, and you only need to talk to her if you are having issues and she will try to help you.
There is no deposit to pay upfront. Due to my situation (work and priorities), I am having to leave. The contract length starts at 6 months, but do feel free to discuss with the landlord on your preferred length of stay.
There are a few pieces of furniture that are mine in the room that I would be happy to discuss selling at cheaper rate as they compliment the room very well.
The other flatmate & living situation:
My two flatmates are really wonderful people! I would like to find someone who is equally as chill and kind to take my place as this place feels very home-y. I wouldn’t leave had it not been for my situation :)
