2 Double Rooms Available from September

My two lovely housemates are moving away from Sheffield in September so I am looking for two people to take their rooms.

- The house is on Ranby Road, at the end of Ecclesall Road and opposite Endcliffe Park. The area has everything you need within a 15 minute walk including supermarkets, bus stops, gyms and shops due to its proximity to Sharrow Vale and Hunters Bar (hence why I am choosing to stay). It is very safe and the neighbours are all very friendly. Both Bingham and Endcliffe park are a few minutes away. Parking is available for free on the road itself and the roads surrounding.
- The house has 3 floors and a garden/patio that gets the sun for most of the day and has a trampoline that came with the house. On the first is a kitchen with a dining room attached and a large living room. On the second is the first room available (with a king size bed and two wardrobes), a small study, and a bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and two sinks. On the top floor is my room and another room (with a 3/4 double bed and one wardrobe).

I am a 22 year old female professional working in a graduate role at a local corporate. I work from home 50% of the time so typically use our study to work 2/3 days a week. I am active so go to the gym/running fairly often, into nutrition (especially vegan), and I am also social so enjoy a few drinks/ the odd event.

Looking for housemates that are sociable, clean, easygoing and around my age. I take pride in keeping the house clean and cosy so looking for people who would do the same :) Open to pets, especially cats.

We would have to either re-sign for a 6 or 12 month tenancy - something we would have to decide as a group. After that period there is an option to keep the property on a rolling basis if we need to. I would need confirmation that you can move in by the start of July (for move in in September) and we would need to start a new tenancy with the estate agents Blundells.
