Tenancy Takeover in Broomhill

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the next year (July 2024 - June 2025).
The 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in Broomhill has views from the top floor, and isn't far from Sheffield Botanical Gardens if you're looking for a place with accessibility to greenery. The rent comes to £115 a week including bills(an absolute steal considering it's situated in a nice area, and is a few minutes walk away from The Francis Newton Wetherspoons!). The two other tenants are 2 girls, a 24 year old masters student and a 21 year old second year who would prefer if another girl was to move in. Unfortunately, the parking space that comes with the flat has been claimed so therefore this flat would be unsuitable for someone with their own vehicle. The flat itself is really homely and I can say with confidence that the space will remain well looked after in terms of the other tenants. A deposit of £225 will be required to sign onto the property, but that will be handled via Thornsett Properties.
