The current lodger has been with us for coming up to two years but is relocating due to work commitments. All previous lodgers have stayed a decent amount of time and enjoyed their stay.

This let is in a family home and so it has a better quality than some rental properties available across Sheffield. It comes with the benefits of sharing with just one couple rather than a house full of different people. We are friendly, welcoming and down-to-earth.

This let would suit a professional or postgraduate/mature student. Although all enquiries will be treated on their own merits.

Just incase you have an allergy or a fear of dogs - it is worth noting we have a friendly and playful dog!
