Double attic room in 3 bed house

Double room available in lovely house in Upperthorpe/Walkley. Bright open kitchen/diner, comfy living space. Close to shops, bus/tram stop and not too far from city centre. One of us works in a pub and the other in admin while also doing freelance work, so we’re kept quite busy and out and about a lot, but when we do find ourselves free we both enjoy spending time outside, cooking or an evening in the pub! We ourselves met through Spare Room back in 2024, we’re both pretty laid back and would love to find someone who ends up a mate not just a housemate. £420 covers rent and all the bills, but we review this every couple of months to try keep up with costs!
