Cosy double room in shared house

I am moving out due to going travelling so room is free from 21/7/24 and my contract is up 11/8/24 so you can then renew in your own name. Deposit was £350. Rent is £280 due on the 15th of every month and £104 in bills on the 1st of every month. Council tax is separate but usually £70 every couple of months. The room has a double bed, drawers, desk and built in wardrobe. The other house mates are brilliant. The living room and kitchen are great. There is parking on the street and Endcliffe park is less than a two minute walk. Council tax is Band B
