Female professional household, S1 4SX, bills in

Housemates wanted in a female household all bills and cleaner included - near city centre and train station , margaret street, s1 4sx.

I am looking for someone to rent a room in my house. There are other females who currently live in the house who are clean and friendly.

Monthly rent is £415 - Bathroom to share with 2 others females. Available on 1.8.24

The house is a 4 bedroom house with washing machine, cooker, 3 fridges, a freezer, tv, bed, memory foam mattress, clothes hanging rails.

The house is 5 mins walking to town and to the railway station. There is street parking available, but you would need to get permits from the council.

All bills will be included, including council tax, tv license and Internet as well as a regular cleaner. I’m looking for someone that will keep the house CLEAN and tidy and is respectful towards the other housemates and using the gas/ electricity. Deposit is £200, minimum 6 months contract and then it will be a monthly rolling contract. I am the landlord and I live 15 minutes away so if there are any issue I'm on hand to deal with them.
