Double room in 2 bed flat

A double room in a two-bed flat in Kelham Island, next door to the Kelham Island Museum. The room is not en suite, but there is a bathroom that will be entirely yours as I have my own en suite bathroom. The flat is spacious and in a great area - there are all sorts of pubs and bars, bakeries etc.

The rent is £425, with electricity bills usually coming to around £80 per month (including electricity, internet and WiFi). I would be very happy to live with either another Masters/PhD student or a professional if they are happy to pay council tax. (You would get a 25% discount with me being a student). Council tax band C.

There is no parking, but there is a private space in the car park to lock bicycles. You can park a car on the street but spaces are never guaranteed unfortunately

ABOUT ME!

I am going into the final year of my PhD studying biomaterials at the University of Sheffield. I really enjoy what I'm studying and have lots of other interests including music (I sometimes play gigs with me guitar), gym, running, football, cooking, and tennis. Unfortunately I am pretty tennis obsessed so you might have to put up with the odd conversation about Roger Federer's backhand. I love chatting and joking around but equally enjoy my own space, so I am respectful of others' too. I am a clean and tidy person, and always keep the kitchen and living room clean so it's nice for whoever is using it next.

I don't have a preference for a flatmate but someone with similar interests or values would be cool.
