Top of house student double garret room very peaceful and secluded. The smaller room is well lit and has single bed a desk and wardrobe. Quiet house but can be social too.

Kitchen has all new facilities in last few years including new boiler new wash machine and new cooker.
Am prepared to consider short term letting from July 1 or 2
