Hi! Looking for a third housemate to join us in the 3-bed terrace house we're currently renting.

Ideally located:
- 5 minute walk to bus stop to town
- Close by to shops (local corner store and Lidl)
- Lots of nice cafes and bars close by (local cafe round the corner)
- Right next to Meersbrook park, great for a walk

You'd be living me and Dan. We're both laidback and friendly guys looking for someone who's wanting a friend as well as a housemate!

I'm into gym, gaming, hiking and going to gigs. Dan is also big on fitness related stuff and other fun outdoorsy activites like climbing, running & wild swimming. We both like to go out or have a night in and socialise but also appreciate time doing our own stuff.

I currently work in a local restaurant/pub and have varying shift patterns throughout the week so will be around the house at different times depending on the week.

Rent is £335 per month, which doesn't include bills. I've got the bills all already set up under my name and it should add around another £120 per month on top of the rent, so the total should be around £455.

Ideally would like to renew for a 12 month tenancy, but would be willing to renew for 6 months if you didn't want to commit to a full year.

The kitchen is nice and open and gets a good amount of light in during the day. There is a washer, dishwasher and normal sized fridge/freezer as well as oven with gas hobs if you're into cooking. The lounge is nice and cosy and also gets a good amount of sun throughout the day, and has a comfy sofa and a big tv perfect for movie nights.

There is a small garden space at the rear of the property with some beautiful wild flowers that look really nice when they bloom in the spring/summer months.

The bedroom is a spacious double that has wooden floors and 2 windows making it feel open and airy. The room comes as part-furnished with a double bedframe, mattress and a set of drawers.

Looking for someone who can move in around August 16th or as close as possible to that date as that is when the tenancy will renew.
