Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy of Apt 19, Onyx Residence in Porter Brook. I haven't actually started the tenancy yet (starts September 24') but have signed for it. However, due to some family circumstances I have to give that up.

The studio flat is a 5 minute-walk from Decathlon, 8-minute walk from Hallam Students' Union and 10-minute walk from the Train station.

Fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, sofa, study desk with chair, coffee table, and a smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with high-spec appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and washer-dryer.

Security personnel onsite during the night and weekends, along with CCTV and secure fob entry.
