Hello! I have a fully furnished double bedroom available in January.

I’m Greg and I work as a Network Technician at the University. I am a busy professional and my spare time in the evenings, I often chill with my computer in my office, play football, DIY and walk.
Occasionally, (half terms) my partner and her daughter visit with their bouncy spaniel.

I’m looking for a professional or mature student lodger.

The house is in a sought-after, quiet area with great public transport links to University of Sheffield and Royal Hallamshire Hospital. Or it's a 30-35 minutes to walk. Plenty of local shops and about 10 mins from the peak district for hikes.
You have your own peak district view to the rear. It is modern and spacious. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an open dining area room, a shared bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, living room with wood burner and outside garden.

I am seeking:
A working professional or mature student.
Rent £600 includes Gas, Electric, Water, Unlimited Fibre Broadband.

A mature student couple
Rent £625 excluding bills.
