Hello! I have a fully furnished double bedroom available in January. I’m looking for a mature student or student couple to move into a family home as a lodger. The house is in a sought-after, quiet area with great public transport links to University of Sheffield and Royal Hallamshire Hospital. It also takes about 30-35 minutes to walk if you enjoy walking. Plenty of local shops and about 10 mins from the peak district for hikes.
The house has beautiful peak district views to the rear. It is modern and spacious. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an open dining area room, a shared bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, living room with wood burner and outside garden. The double bedroom is furnished and has the view!

I’m Greg and I work as a Network Technician at the University. I am a busy professional who also is away one week in four with my partner, Dawn in Devon. In my spare time in the evenings, I often chill with my computer in my office, playing football, DIY and walking. Occasionally, (half terms) my partner and her daughter visit with their bouncy spaniel so that keeps the house busy and full.
