Double room in sunny home, outdoorsy housemate

A large double bedroom in Stannington, towards the north-western edge of Sheffield and overlooking Rivelin Valley. The house has a small garden, sunny conservatory, large kitchen and living room, lots of storage space and on-street parking. It is situated very close to the Peak District and has easy access into town (approx 30 mins by bike / bus)

I am a live-in landlord and work as an ecologist in Hathersage, with a few days working from home each week. I am very outdoorsy, mostly hiking / cycling etc, keeping me busy in the evenings. I am also tidy and eco-minded, with lots of house-plants around too

The room is fully furnished with a comfy carpet, double bed, lots of storage (incl wardrobe etc) and small desk with chair. You would have use of a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area, conservatory, garden, and more storage space throughout the house. All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband).

There is a bus stop very close, linked straight into town / Ecclesall Rd, with nearby trams too. There are local shops, a choice of pubs and many local walks on the doorstep including Rivelin Valley within a 5 min walk and Ladybower reservoir just 15 mins away!
