Double room in sunny home with garden

A large double bedroom is available in my home in Stannington, on the south-facing side of Rivelin Valley. The house has a small garden, sunny conservatory, on-street parking and is situated very close to the Peak District and has easy access into town (approx 30 mins by bike / bus)

I work as an ecologist in Hathersage, with a few days working from home each week. I am very outdoorsy, with hobbies such as hiking / cycling / bouldering keeping me busy in the evenings. I am also tidy and eco-minded with lots of plants around too!

The room is fully furnished with a new comfy carpet, double bed, lots of storage (incl wardrobe etc) and there is room for a desk if needed. You would have use of a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area, conservatory, garden, and even more storage space under the stairs. All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband).

There is a bus stop very close, linked straight into town / Ecclesall Rd, with nearby trams too. There are local shops, a choice of pubs and many local walks on the doorstep including Rivelin Valley within a 5 min walk and Ladybower reservoir just 15 mins away!
