Bright and spacious double room in Walkley (S6)

Hi!

I'm looking for a friendly individual (or couple) to sub-let my lovely room in in Walkley, located just off South Road/Barber Road.

My room is available from September up to the end of November, whilst I move away temporarily to complete a research exchange project.

The house is a three bed property shared by two people. We each have our own big double bedrooms, as well as an additional smaller bedroom that we can each use as a shared study. The house also has a cosy living room, a big airy kitchen, and a nice garden too.

As well as sharing with my housemate, you'd also be sharing the house with our 12 year old chatty cat called Lola.

Within close proximity to the house, there is:
- Asda (7 minute walk)
- Hallamshire House pub (10 minute walk)
- The Blake Hotel (15 minute walk)
- The University of Sheffield (15 minute walk)

Ideally, it would be great if someone could rent my room for the entire three months, though I'd be happy to accept a shorter, one or two month rental for the right folks.
