Room to rent in City Centre

Really great location next to the City Hall in the centre of Sheffield. My current flatmate is moving out and am looking for a suitable replacement. I’d love to live with someone who is creative, whether art or music… and someone LGBT friendly would be great. Bills have been around £75 per month recently but they tend to be around £150 in winter. Internet is £33 per month. Rent is £550 per month and I require a £550 deposit.

I am 29 years old, I’m a music tutor and sound engineer based in Sheffield. I enjoy reading, cooking and going out running. I do listen and play music at home but I’m not too loud and am quiet if needed to be.

The room has an en-suite and a large wardrobe/ double bed. The rest of the flat boasts of high ceilings, a kitchen, an eating area and two open planned living rooms on different levels, so you can always have your own space.

I like hosting dinner parties etc and would love you to be involved. I do want a social house but also a quiet one at times.
