Looking for a flatmate!!

Hi, my name is Molly! I’m 25 and work in a primary school.
My friend and I let this flat together before she moved out to have a baby. I have lived on my own for the past year but cost of living is proving difficult so looking for a new flat mate to join me.
The flat is owned by my dad’s best mate who is sound - not an invasive landlord and leaves me be. Flat is situated above an estate agents and is over 3 floors. Spare room is a ‘dressing room’ for additional storage which we can share :)
The double bedroom available is an attic bedroom already furnished with a bed and bedside tables but does not have any other storage. Great space to make your own.
There is a terrace space out the back. On street parking.
I adopted 2 kittens, Rory and Rufus, back in January to keep me company so you need to be ok with cats. They would love an extra human to give them cuddles! (May have to excuse the cat toys)
I am quite the home body and love having the girls over for a cuppa.
