Tenancy Replacement

Lovely, cosy, attic room situated on Ecclesall Road, very close to local amenities, pubs, cafes and within reasonable distance from the nearest bus stop into town. Unfortunately, I’ve moved out and I’m looking for someone to replace my tenancy. It runs until the 31st of August, whereby once signed you’ll then be able to renew it for another year after discussing with the landlord. The current flatmates are all working professionals, so someone with a full time job would be preferred with similar shift patterns, though this is optional. Shared living room, and kitchen, accompanied by a little outside garden area in the back, where you can have bbqs. The attic room comes with a shared toilet and shower on the top floor shared alongside another flatmate.
