Comfy, quiet master bedroom in end terraced house at the end of a cul-de-sac on the edges of a quiet estate and a large woodland.

I work away a lot, so you would have the place to yourself 80% of the time. I tend to come home at weekends, and late at night depending where I'm travelling from.

Easy access to Sheffield Center by bus, car or walking. The bus takes approx. 25 mins, driving 10.

The master bedroom has a double bed with a very comfy mattress, chest of draws, wardrobe, bedside tables and black out curtains. Overlooking the garden and woodland. (Pillows, duvet and towels are available if needed)

The bathroom has a loo, sink and shower over bath.
The living room has 2 sofas, tv with google Chromecast, DVD player.

The full kitchen has a table, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, air fryer and fridge-freezer, leading from the kitchen is the utility with washing machine and dryer.

There is a driveway for a hatchback or free on street parking.

A large garden is free for you to use (it is a work in progress), and is a great place to chill and watch the squirrels, or for BBQs with guests, or just to dry your washing.

Next door there is Rollstone wood, an ancient woodland with a few pathways though. Perfect for a peaceful walk.

I'm looking for someone who will be respectful of my house, tidy and clean up after themselves. Guests are allowed, and can stay overnight, just no wild parties.
Work reference and personal reference required.

Bedding and towels can be provided if needed.
All bills included - council tax, WiFi, water, gas and electric.
Please no pets or smoking.
