The house has a rear patio and garden, a large kitchen, and decent living room. Parking is free on the road.
The room is Ideal for a postgraduate student. (Student needed so that council tax is not payable.)

I am a PhD student at the University of Sheffield and my interests include music, climbing, dancing, and badminton. Ideally, I would like to find someone friendly to live with who is interested in getting to know people and trying new things.
