Sub-let in Heeley, Sheffield

I'm going travelling and looking to rent out my room for up to 3 months - it's a 2 bed house on Myrtle Road in Heeley, right by the City Farm.

You'll be staying with the lovely Rose - a 34 year old psychotherapist, yogi, and all round babe. Starting October (can be flexible on start date) through to end of December. She works from home some days and out of the house others.

The house has a cosy living room with log burner & little garden at the back. It's super close to good pubs and a 30 min walk to train station/town. On street parking & room to store a bike.

The room is a good sized double room, comes furnished with bed/wardrobe & dressing table. £500 per month, inc bills/ wifi / council tax etc.
