Hi, I'm advertising my bedroom ensuite in this lovely 3bed city centre Apartment. The tenancy runs until the 30th June 2025 and there is scope to stay on longer if you speak with the Landlord. The Apartment is ground floor all on 1 level with lots of light. The other 2 flatmates are female, friendly and easy to get along with. The flat is a mixture of professional and student. The entrance is through a private and secure courtyard.
The Living room and kitchen are separate and spacious. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, table, chair and long mirror.
The Apartment has original wooden beams and lots of light.
Bills are not included, but flatmates are careful not to waste electricity. Broadband is available.
