The property is very conveniently located a short walk from shops (including a supermarket), the Netherthorpe tram stop, the University of Sheffield and the Hallamshire, Children’s, Weston Park and Charles Clifford hospitals. It is also an easy walk to the popular West Street and Kelham Island areas and an easy bus or tram ride to the picturesque Rivelin Valley.
