Hi everyone! I need to transfer next academic year's tenancy of my one bedroom flat to a new student ASAP.

It's a 51-week tenancy, starting from 07/09/2024 and going until 30/08/2025 with Student Roost Central Place. Fully furnished, all bills included. It is possible to set up your own payment plan with Student Roost after taking the lease over, otherwise you'll work with lump sum payments.

The kitchen is massive, and comes with regular white goods, fridge *and a separate freezer* for you to keep those discounted meals you find in Lidl. Your own washing machine means you won't have to worry about other people using communal ones, and you won't have to pay to use it!

The bed has a memory foam topper and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, and it's actually pretty big.

The bathroom shower is detachable, and has excellent pressure. Hot water comes out almost immediately, so you don't have to stand here freezing for ages in winter.
