1 room in a 4 bed student house

Friendly 4 bed student house with a shared kitchen/living room and shared bathroom with a medium sized garden. The bedroom availabe will be refurnished prior to moving in. The room has dimentions of 2.72m by 2.63m, resulting in ample space for a single or double bed, desk and wardrobe provided. The room is not the ground floor one in the photos as the photos are used from an old listing. I have a virtual house tour availabe if youd like to view the room on there, just let me know. The house is undergoing a touch of maintanence at the moment, primarily modernising the bathroom and other areas. This means the mess in the photos wont be there either!
You would be welcome to paint and decorate your room to suit your personal style.
The house is situated within walking distance from the main sheffield hallam university campus and train station.
The room should be available for the start of the university year(end of september). Any questions just let me know!
