Single room in friendly home in Hillsborough

NOW LET SUBJECT TO CONTRACT. Single room overlooking garden in quiet area of Hillsborough, within easy walking distance of shops, park and tram stops. I am looking for a female lodger. I share the house with my son who is due to start uni this year. I have recently redecorated the room and plan to furnish it with single bed/futon, drawers and clothes rail or combined wardrobe/cupboard, to be ready mid-September. There is space for a desk and chair if required. No photos as yet but I would be happy to chat on the phone and arrange a viewing if you would like to get a feel for the room/house/me! As the room is a single it would probably suit someone who is looking for a fairly short term let or somewhere during the week if working in Sheffield (I would reduce the rent in this case). I'm friendly and happy to have a chat but will also respect your privacy. I have had several lodgers before including 2 who stayed on a long-term basis. I mainly work from home.
