Part-time lodger for loft room in Heeley

My most recent lodger has just completed purchase on their new Sheffield home and so my loft room is available again for short-term lets

- Part-time lodger preferred, staying Monday-Friday only, for up to six months
- Full time lodging is possible, for 2 months maximum
- Nightly, weekly or monthly cost can be agreed, with all bills included

- Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
- Home office is available to use most days
- Sunny garden with bistro seating
- Free on street parking

I’m a live-in landlord, working as a lecturer. I’m a keen outdoor swimmer and I try to get to yoga once a week.

Heeley is a quiet residential neighbourhood, with easy access to the city centre, and both universities.

- £30 per night
- £100 per week for M-F (4 nights)
- £750 per month full-time lodging (4 weeks)
