I’m looking for a weekday part-time lodger, with occasional weekends possible

- £150 per week, all bills included 👍
- Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
- Home office is available to use most days
- Sunny garden with bistro seating
- Free on street parking

I would also consider a full-time lodger for up to 12 weeks, but not longer term

I’m a live-in landlord, working as a lecturer. I’m a keen outdoor swimmer and I try to get to yoga once a week.

Heeley is a quiet residential neighbourhood, with easy access to the city centre, and both universities.
