Lovely large light peaceful double with shower

This room would particularly suit a mature student or professional looking for somewhere quiet.

The warm spacious room is in the first floor flat of an old large house with fabulous views out over the Mayfield valley countryside. It has an ensuite shower, and a private loo and basin in an adjacent room. Besides the double bed the room contains a table which can double as a desk, a sofa bed/settee, chest of drawers and built in cupboards and wardrobe. There is a small shared kitchen with washing machine, freezer etc. The lounge is not shared whilst I am at home, but available for many months of the year. There is a very friendly cat.

Fulwood is well placed either for access via an excellent bus service direct to the city centre past the Childrens and Hallamshire Hospitals and Sheffield University or for walking or running in local parks and the adjacent Peak District countryside. There are good local shops. Parking on the street is easy and free.

All bills and the good wifi are included.
