It's right in the heart of Sheffield city too.
Everyone in the building gets an equal say in how it's run. We all work together to make it a fun, lovely place.
From exploring solar panels, to art murals, swapping and sharing goods, and social events - The Marples co-op, is for tenants and run by tenants. You can decorate, furnish and renovate rooms as you wish!
By joining the co-op, ideally you'll volunteer a few hours per month to make it a better place to live. To get started, DM us and we can share the application with you.
There's a mixture of en-suite rooms and off-suite rooms available!
Our current pricing scheme is:
Floors 1 -4: Offsuite – £560pcm, Ensuite – £600pcm)
Floor 5 +£40pcm (Fewer rooms, separate washer/dryer)
And if you're a couple, it's +£100pcm
