3 Bed House - Looking for a couple or a female

Hi,
We are a very active couple who are moving into a larger 3 bed house on the 11th October. The house is more expensive than where we are currently so we are looking to either find another couple to live with or a female. I travel a lot for work so it would be nice for my partner to have a female companion or a couple to hang out with when I’m gone.
Things you should know.
- 3 Bed house, 1 bathroom, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen/dining room, a garden with a shed and a driveway for 1 car + on street parking outside.
- The house is located just off Ecclesall Road south making it an easy bus to get to most places if you don’t have a car.
- We would be looking after my parents dogs in the house sometimes (dogs are really chilled)
- My partner works from home most of the time
- if you are a couple the rent would obviously be split
- The house is owned by my Grandad, which is how we know we are moving there this early. I will go round and take some photos soon.
- We are both really easy going and live a healthy lifestyle
- We would ideally like to get to know you a bit before making any decision.
