Spare Double room with Ensuite, in Crookes

Welcome to my lovely off-street 3 bed terraced house (furnished) on the best street in Crookes - School Road.

Available is a spacious double room at the front of the house on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). Across the hall is another communal bathroom (with bath) and the small spare room next to it which can be utilised for space.

The house has been furnished but new furniture additions or subtractions are by all means open for discussion. In the house the back door is the primary entrance leading into the kitchen, and you walk past the stairs straight into the comfy living room. There is a small shared garden, grass, flowers and small locked outhouse. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer in the cellar.

The house has 1 tenant, I have since moved out and left my good friend Ewan living there, in the attic room above, on the third floor. He was the best house mate I ever had, for many years and was sad to leave (but it was my time to grow up and move in with the mrs). He is a full time professional, hard working, incredibly quiet peaceful individual who retires with a bit of TV most evenings. He has a girlfriend living in London of whom he visits often.

3 other houses share the ally into the garden, a quiet friendly long term family and some mature students who have never bothered us.

He is looking for a young professional or mature student aged something around 25 - 40 to the share the house with. (We have a couple of friends living in the room in question temporarily who are just waiting for their new house to complete so they can move out - the current information we have is that it could be any week now... hence beginning to advertise the house.
