**All inclusive, £112 per week, tenancy takeover**

I am looking for a replacement tenant for a room in an all-female 4-bed house on Endcliffe Avenue. As it is university-managed, bills, water, wifi, contents insurance, and gym access are all included. It is a 'standard large' bedroom, and the bathroom is shared amongst 3 others.

All students are returners, so you must be in your 2nd year or above at the University of Sheffield. Integrated masters students are accepted but not masters students due to the university's restrictions. The contract is 42 weeks starting 22nd September. Happy to negotiate the price as well!
