Looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
It’s a 5 bed flat on Trippet Lane a minutes walk to University of Sheffield Campus and 10 minutes walk to the Hallam campus.

The nearest tram stop is 2 minutes away and the train station is a 12 minute walk.

2 girls and 2 guys currently living here aged, 20, 24, 26 and 27.
They would prefer to live with someone between the ages of 20-29.
Two are students, one at each university and two are working professionals therefore house is open to either a student or professional.
Very friendly and sociable people but will also respect your space. I know them very well and will be welcoming to anyone.

£129 a week including all bills, broadband and a tv licence. Bills are not capped.
If you’re paying council tax it will be £63 a month on top. Would only need to pay council tax for months lived at property.

Tenancy runs from 01/07/24 until 28/06/25, 52 weeks. Can move in anytime but would need to be able to keep the tenancy until the end of June. Septembers rent is already paid for therefore would only need to pay from October onwards (9 months worth of tenancy).

Communal areas include a large kitchen with two ovens and plenty of freezer and fridge space and lots of cabinets. Large living room with 2 sofas and a flat screen tv.
2 modern bathrooms with big showers.

Room available is shown in picture and will happily send more photos. Has a lot more space than it looks like on the picture. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, large desk and chair and shelving units. Plenty of space to add in more furniture if needed and lots of floor space.
