Attic double in Sharrow

We have a spare double room in a 4 bed house from 21st September (just off hunters bar) as I’m moving to London. We all get on really well and would love if the person that replaces me would want to be friends with the other housemates. The room is a huge double attic room, and the house has 2 bathrooms. We have a nice little garden that we try to spend time in, but our pride and joy is our living room which we spent most nights chilling in. We are all super easy to talk to, and rlly tidy and clean for the most part. We all work 9-5 jobs. House is 4/20 friendly (though not a requirement as not everyone smokes lol)
