Hi there,
I will soon have a double room to rent in a nice quiet area in Sharrow Vale near London Road. About me - I am a fresh 24 year old just graduating from my master's and I happen to own a 3 bed house. I am currently just self employed doing some music teaching so I home quite a lot.
In this spirit one of the downstairs rooms is kitted out as a music room so there is quite often music being played, ideally the house would suit a fellow musician or a big fan of music in general!
The house also includes:
-A small but cosy living room
-A small kitchen
-A cellar for storage
-A nice spacious garden
You would also be sharing with my housemate who works at a bar and my 2 cats Quila and Ziller who are only about 10 months old but well behaved, for the most part!
