My housemate and I are looking for someone to take the spare double room in our house in Crookes.
The house is modern and spacious with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and decent basement.
We have a house cat, Ken, who will need to sign off on who lives with us.
I’m Jacob, 33, and work as a Delivery Manager. Matt, the other housemate, is 24 and works in sales. We’re both quite social and enjoy going to gigs, pubs, and other events.
