Student houseshare available in Broomhill

We have three double rooms available for the academic year 2024-2025.

The house is in a super location for Uni, Broomhill, Crookes and the City Centre. The house is directly opposite the bus stop so it’s all very easy.

We have recently updated the kitchen and lounge area to maximise space and light, we hope you like it. It also has 2 enormous integrated fridge freezers so plenty of space for everyone. Permit parking is available if required and there’s a communal garden for BBQs and dry days. We also have a secure bike shed.

There’s wifi throughout and boosters but we also have Ethernet cabling in each bedroom to avoid delays for Uni work.
