Urgent Tenancy Takeover

I am moving in with my boyfriend to his flat and I am looking for someone to take over my room in student accommodation.

The room is Located in Charlotte Court (Flat 48 Charlotte Rd, Highfield, Sheffield S2 4EP).

Very spacious deluxe room with private en-suite bathroom in 6 bedroom flat in student accommodation. Currently, there is no flatmates but the might join the flat in the future. Only £110/week and All bills are included.

There is a very big desk, wardrobe, bedside table, shelves/cupboards and double bed (not 3/4) in the room.

The members of staff are very nice and always there to help.

Free Wi-Fi and broadband throughout provided

On-site parking and bike storage are available.

The accommodation offers free snacks, the common area for study/socials
