Looking to rent out a double room in my lovely terraced house. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk and bed and shares a bathroom with one other person.
There is a cosy living room which is newly renovated, and is perfect for movie nights or just to hang out in.
There is a large modern kitchen/dining room and a paved garden.
The garden has a bbq, fire pit and sofa, which is great in the summer.
Most importantly there is a climbing wall in the basement!!
There is no deposit but the contract is for one year minimum.
The house is located right next to a tram and bus stop, which allows for quick transport into town and to both universities (within 15mins).
A little about us:
Alicia 28 is a working professional who works from home. She enjoys cooking and dancing salsa.
I am a 29 year old professional who also works from home. I love the outdoors, climbing, playing volleyball and cooking.
I am are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, mature and respectful that enjoys socialising but also enjoys their own space.
Ideally we will become friends and can hang out together, watch movies and spend some time outdoors.
