Double Room in Beautiful 3 Bed. All Inclusive

Hi! I’m Joe, I’m looking for someone to take the main double bedroom in my characterful old terrace house with a cottagey feel just off Crookesmoor Road (S10).

The room itself is bright, spacious, and full of charm, with the bonus of a walk-in storage area just through the door you can see in the photo.

I also work away quite often, (I play piano for a living) so you’d regularly have the place to yourself. When I am around I’m pretty easygoing and independent — happy to chat or share the occasional glass of wine, but equally respectful of people doing their own thing.

I’m hoping to find someone relaxed, independent, and comfortable for a chilled, harmonious share.

The house is tucked away in a peaceful little spot, but you’re still moments from everything. Barber Road’s shops and cafés are close by, there’s a Sainsbury’s Local just a minute away, and you can easily walk into town, Walkley, or Broomhill in under 15 minutes. If you drive, there’s parking along the side of the house.

This is a short-term let (around 3–6 months) while I find a buyer for the house and the sale goes through, so it could be ideal for someone creative/professional looking for a calm, characterful base for a few months.
