Ensuite bedroom, including a desk along with the shared kitchen this location is a student home called Rockingham House which includes a cinema room and study rooms along with the lounge area with friendly staff to help with anything. I’m a first year student who assumed I could pay the rent of £125 per week but have received basic maintenance so I need someone to take over my tenancy so I don’t pay for somewhere I’m not living as I’ve chosen to commute. I will offer to pay 4 weeks rent aswell for anyone willing to take this contract.
