Double room for rent is at the front of the house and comes with built in storage, double bed & desk. We also have a cellar for storing bits & bobs.

💫 Looking for someone who is easy going but also clean and tidy. We currently cook, eat and hang out together a few times during the week when schedules align.

💵 Rent is £417 per month & approx £150 in bills (gas, electric, council tax, WiFi, TV). Contract would be a 6-month lease with the potential of extending for 12months. House is managed by a letting agent who is medium responsive.
