Double furnished room just off Ecclesall Road

I’m looking for a lovely flatmate to fill a double-room in a two-bed flat at Banner Cross, just off Ecclesall Road. It’s a 3/4 min walk to eccy road but it’s on quiet street. All bills/wifi included and can be furnished if you need! Everything is newly fitted and the flat was renovated not too long ago. The landlord super chilled and is happy to buy a bed etc! It has a huge built in wardrobe already, with lots of storage space. The photos don’t do the room justice but plenty of space for a double bed/desk (I have a big oak desk already if needed!). The flat has a lovely balcony and little green space at the back for BBQs. There’s a drive way and garage, washing machine, dishwasher and large double fridge. Would be looking for someone to join me for at least the next six months!

I’m a 29 year old professional who loves the outdoors/being in the peaks/going for coffee/crossfit. I’m quite easy going, love socialising/a pint at the pub! Looking for someone kind/tidy to move in and make the most of the flat!
