I’m looking for someone to replace my tenancy agreement for 2024/2025. First instalment paid already!

Bronze Studio in Sharman Court by Capitol Students, located in Broad Lane, right by the university, 10 minute walk from City Centre.

The original rent cost is £185 per week for a 51 week contract running from 14/09/2024 to 05/09/2025 paid in three instalments. I’ve already paid £3000 for it, so whoever takes over it will have a rent cost of £125 per week.

The rent includes bills, and WIFI.

There is an on site common room, study area, and laundry room.

I need to cancel my contract because I want to move in with my brother so I’m just trying to minimise my losses, and I need to find someone to replace mine, so please contact me if you’re interested!
