Hi!

We are a 3 bed flat seeking a new housemate.

The flat overlooks Endcliffe Park and is a generally peaceful area.

The household - pretty relaxed and open minded, love music and like to share meals together when possible. I mostly eat vegetarian but it’s not a problem if you don’t. I’m not obsessed with cleanliness but appreciate living in a tidy environment.

The property comes with everything you could need, including superfast broadband, flat screen TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and vacuum. Fully equipped kitchen including; crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, toasters, kettles and general utensils.
There is also a shared yard which is a useful parking spot. I don’t have a car and there’s usually space, if not there then on a nearby street.

The room benefits from lovely large windows letting in plenty of day light.

The flat is in an ideal location, surrounded by all the amenities of Ecclesall Road and amazing public transport acces. Bus stops within a minutes walk of the flat provide easy connections into town, and the peak district is just 20 minutes by bus in the other direction.

Bills and council tax are not included in the rental amount.

Bills are at a flat rate ~£120 per month
