Lovely, bright double room available in a professional house share in a highly desirable area of Sheffield (S11). The room is a great size and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, large desk, chest of draws and storage units.

There is a shared bathroom (with bath and shower) and extra toilet/ sink with washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with plenty of fridge/freezer space for everybody. There is also a living room with TV. Council tax included in the rent.

The house is on a quiet road with plenty of on street parking (no permit required). Only a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Ecclesall Road and Endcliffe Park.

The other house mates are all professionals. Very friendly and respectful. I am moving out due to family circumstances but I recommend this house share without reservation. The landlady is pleasant and very responsive.

The contract ends on 30th June 2024 at which point there is the option to sign on for longer period if desired.
