As I am leaving the house, I am looking for a person to take over my tenancy from now until December 31st.

The room features a double bed, a desk, a large closet and a mirror.
There's a bathroom upstairs right next to the room, which is newly renovated (less than a month ago), and an additional toilet downstairs.
A shared kitchen is downstairs, with a dishwasher, a washing machine, oven, stove, microwave and a large refrigerator.
All in all, a very nice place, perfect for a student or young professional!
