Double room to rent in Walkley!

Hi there, i've got a double room to rent from beginning of January to June.

The current photo is from when I moved in (there's a lot more furniture now!) the room comes furnished and includes drawers, rail bedside tables and a desk if needed. The house includes a shared living room, kitchen & has a basement for storage. There's also has a garden and free on street parking. The house is located just off the highstreet which has cafes, bakery, pub restaurants etc. Not too far from Hillsborough and just about walkable to the city centre.


A bit about me, I work locally and usually in the office 3-4 days a week. The other house mate works from home. I'm really into the outdoors/fitness and usually spend my evenings at gym classes or seeing friends and weekends out cycling in the Peaks, so not at home much! (lots of space in the basement for bike storage!) Looking for a friendly and clean house mate to join us until summer!

Bills come to about £130pp a month and also includes a cleaner.
