Double room to rent in Walkley!

Hi there, i've got a double room to rent in my recently purchased house in Walkley. The photos are currently those from the estate agent so will be updated soon and with nicer furniture!!

The room comes furnished and will include desk, chair, drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables. The house includes a shared living room, kitchen & has a basement for storage. The house also has a garden and free on street parking. The house is located just off the highstreet which has cafes, bakery, pub restaurants etc. Not too far from Hillsborough and just about walkable to the city centre.

A bit about me, I work for the civil service & work from home 2-3 days a week (preference for someone who doesn't work from home FT just to keep bills down!) I'm really into the outdoors/fitness and usually spend my evenings at gym classes or seeing friends and weekends out cycling in the Peaks, so not at home much! Would love a housemate with similar interests (lots of space in the basement for bike storage!) Would be better suited to someone who isn't going to be noisy at night/coming in super late all the time as i have some occasional early starts. It would be nice to have someone move in who would like to socialise every now & again but also respecting of everyone wanting their own space. Clean, tidy etc is a must.

The other housemate is another professional with a Monday-Friday let on the room, so at the weekends it would only be two of us sharing the house. She works Monday-Friday, 9-5 at the hospital so is out the house the majority of the time.

The bills would be spilt between the two of us with a £50 contribution a month from the housemate who lives here Monday-Friday
