We have a furnished room available for immediate rent in our Crosspool home. We are 1F (mum aged 56) and 1M (son aged 23). Our home has a lovely large open plan living space comprising kitchen, dining room and lounge. There is a downstairs WC and utility room, with a shared bathroom upstairs with bath and separate shower. Rear enclosed garden and front off-street parking (no permits needed).
We are ideally looking for a young professional or post-grad student to rent our spare room. The room is front-facing on the ground floor (it was originally our lounge before we added the rear extension). We are in Crosspool, very close to the local shops, and close to Broomhill, the University of Sheffield and various teaching hospitals. The room may suit a newly qualified doctor or similar.
