Big bright room in broomhill 27 Beech Hill Rd.

As I move in with my friends I’m looking for someone to replace me. The location is awesome and I really appreciated that. 5-10min to uni of Sheffield and not even 5min to the supermarkets and local shops and cafes.
The room is actually huge and comes with those lovely windows and every piece of furniture you see on the pictures. You’re gonna have plenty of storage as well.
There are 6 other roommates who mostly are professionals f. e. working in the hospital nearby or the finance/tech sector. But they are very friendly and open for a small chit chat in the kitchen. Since this room is the only one on the ground floor, you’re gonna have the bathroom almost all for yourself since there is another room upstairs (as shown on the pictures)
